Heya my dear LGQBTs,
I have been a little, ammmm, busy sorting out some very important personal issues and that is why I did not post anything for last Saturday. But as avid readers I imagine you to be, you could have checked that I have already done my homework prior to Saturday, so I did not really leave you informationless like fish on the dry land.
Also, avid readers may notice that what I am about to write down has already been mentioned earlier in this blog. Still, I suspect that information needs to be updated more frequently to be more valid, therefore I repeat it just in case it does not get heard, thus highlighting my goal, which is: to inform.
Even the little birds sing that we have a major LGGQBT happening coming up this month. Budapest Pride takes place from 11th June until 19th June.
What follows is a detailed plan of events happening under the organisation of Budapest Pride. Find your pick and reach for the gold!!!
SATURDAY, 11th June 2011
8:00 AM: Sixteen landmark bicycle tour in honour of the 16th Budapest Pride. Meeting point: 8:00 AM, Budapest Keleti Station, by the MAV START Customer Service.
Now, this is the really eager ones. I like the idea, but it is simply too early for me.
10:00 PM: HUNGARIKUM, 16th Budapest Pride Official Opening Party, at Capella Cafe.
SUNDAY, 12th JUNE
6PM: OPENING CEREMONY, at MUVESZ CINEMA; CHAPLIN ROOM.
7PM: A Single Man, at Chaplin Room.
A charming movie. Must see. They are screening it in English with Hungarian subtitles.
